Online registration for the summer House League program concludes today, Saturday, May 19. CSC is hosting one in-person registration and it's today (May 19) at Dick’s Sporting Goods (Transit Road) 10 am-12 pm.
CSC House League is a recreational soccer league with divisions for children age 5-18. Play is non-competitive, and kids of all skill levels are encouraged to join us!  Registration fees are $55 for division 5 (5-6 year olds) and $80 for all other ages and include your child’s uniform.
We are now accepting Independent Health Flex-Fit debit cards for your family’s soccer registration. Please note that only Flex-Fit Family & Personal Best Plans are accepted.
**WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE PLEASE BE SURE TO PRINT AND MAIL THE GENERAL RELEASE FORM ALONG WITH YOUR VOLUNTEER CHECK. ALSO INCLUDE A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF THIS IS YOUR CHILD’S FIRST YEAR. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL NECCESSARY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED**
