⚽Top Class Facilities

  • For the outdoor season, we play home games and train at the Clarence Soccer Center, one of the premier outdoor facilities in Western New York. Teams typically train two times per week at the Soccer Center, sometimes more depending on the desire of parents, players, and coaches on the team.
  • For the indoor season we train in turf facilities and utilize other town facilities. Most of the indoor training takes place at the Epic Sports Center.

⚽League Play & Teams

  • Typically, the CSC has 30 or more teams in the club, ranging from U8-U19 players.
  • We are a member of the B&WNYJSL, which most of our teams play in for the outdoor season.
  • We are also a member of the NYSW Thruway League, which some of our advanced teams (Pre-Black and Black level) teams play in.
  • We also place some of our advanced teams (Some Red, Pre-Black, and Black level) in the NYSW Champions Conference.
  • Some of our teams also enter State Cup, a championship tournament that identifies top teams across New York State and beyond.
  • CSC teams also participate in winter leagues during the indoor season, and this is at the discretion of the coach and families involved.

⚽Advanced Training

  • Starting in November and running through April of each year, CSC teams train at indoor turf complexes.
  • Starting in May and running through the end of July, our teams train outdoor at the Clarence Soccer Center, one of Western New York’s premier outdoor facilities.
  • Throughout each year, we run our First Touch Soccer Academy, a technical training program that sets the foundation for developing technically advanced, educated players.
  • We also offer more advanced Technical Training for our Travel players throughout each year with our Second Touch Program.
  • Camps and clinics are offered at various points in the season, including youth camps, high school prep camps, and goalkeeper clinics.

⚽Cost of Travel Program

We pride ourselves on offering an amazing travel program at an affordable cost. We work hard each year to keep our costs among the lowest in Western New York. We are extremely proud of what we are able to offer at such an affordable price.

  • Our "pre-black," “red," “white” and "blue" level travel teams pay a fee of $575. This includes all indoor and outdoor training, tournament and league fees, coaches, etc.
  • Our “black” level travel teams pay a fee of $800. This includes all indoor and outdoor training, tournament and league fees, coaches, etc.
  • There is an additional fee of around $120 every other year for uniforms. We typically order new uniforms every two seasons.

⭐ TEAM LEVELS ⭐

Black level >> Pre-Black level>> Red level>>

White level>> Blue level

In the CSC, we have several team levels available to meet the needs of our community. We have everything from a "premier" level experience with our "black level" teams to developmental teams with our "white level" teams. Whether you're just learning the game or you are an advanced player looking to make it at the next level, we offer a pathway for you!

BLACK LEVEL

Overview: Black level teams are our "premier" and most advanced level teams that we offer in the CSC.

  • League: The teams participate in the Thruway League (or other higher level leagues such as Champions Conference).
  • Training: These teams train 3 days per week throughout the season (exceptions for holidays, breaks, etc.). Indoor training runs November - April, and outdoor training runs May-July. This makes the CSC travel program a 9 month program.
  • Tournaments: These teams participate in 4 outdoor tournaments (minimum) and are encouraged to participate in State Cup as well. Older teams (U16 & above) also look to play in college showcase tournaments to get exposure to recruiting, including events such as Blue Chip Showcase, the Lakefront Classic Showcase, and others!
  • $Cost: The cost for black level teams is $810 for the entire season, which includes everything listed above! The only additional fee is the uniform, which costs around $120. We only purchase new uniforms every other year, so the cost works out to be about $50 per year for this. You will not be asked to pay extra for coaches, league fees, etc. Everything is included in this cost. Of course, families are responsible for their own lodging and travel arrangements for out of town events.

PRE-BLACK LEVEL

Overview: Pre-Black level teams are advanced level teams that we are encouraged will develop into a black level team in the near future, but they are still working towards that goal.

  • League: The teams participate in the Champions Conference or highest division of BWNYJSL.
  • Training: These teams train 2 days per week throughout the season (exceptions for holidays, breaks, etc.). Indoor training runs November - April, and outdoor training runs May-July. This makes the CSC travel program a 9 month program.
  • Tournaments: These teams participate in 3 outdoor tournaments (minimum). These tournaments are usually local in the WNY community, but if parents and coaches agree we also allow for out of town tournaments! We have participated in tournaments such as Cedar Point Costal Classic, the Hershey Memorial Classic, and several others!
  • Cost: The cost for pre-black level teams is $585 for the entire season, which includes everything listed above! The only additional fee is the uniform, which costs around $120. We only purchase new uniforms every other year, so the cost works out to be about $60 per year for this. You will not be asked to pay extra for coaches, league fees, etc. Everything is included in this cost. Of course, families are responsible for their own lodging and travel arrangements for out of town events. (if applicable).

RED LEVEL

Overview: Red level make up the majority of travel teams in the CSC. Although these are not labeled as "premier" teams, they are still very competitive and allow our players to develop and play soccer at a high level.

  • League: Most of these teams will participate in BWNYJSL Tor the  Champions Conference if we feel they are one of our more advanced red level teams and will not receive enough competition in BWNYJSL.
  • Cost: The cost for red level teams is $585 for the entire season, which includes everything listed above!

WHITE LEVEL

Overview: Don't think these teams can't compete at a high level. Because we have so many teams in the CSC, sometimes the margin of skill between a "red" and "white" level team is very small. In many instances, both red and white teams at any particular age group are very competitive. Of course, players have the opportunity each season to make the next "level" team. This is determined by a combination of a coaches score for the season along with tryouts which are held each summer. In the past, we've had "white level" players move all the way up to black level teams! One of our favorite examples of this is Ross Showalter, who started on a white level team, eventually made it to the black level team at that age group, and was the last All-American at Clarence High School! We pride ourselves on a fair tryout process and players are moved by team level from year to year.

  • League: All of these teams will play in BWNYJSL for the outdoor season.
  • Training: These teams train 2 days per week throughout the season (exceptions for holidays, breaks, etc.). Indoor training runs November - April, and outdoor training runs May-July. This makes the CSC travel program a 9 month program.

You will not be asked to pay extra for coaches, league fees, etc. Everything is included in this cost. Of course, families are responsible for their own lodging and travel arrangements for out of town events. (if applicable).

BLUE LEVEL

Overview: Our blue level teams are typically created out of necessity if we already have 2/3 or more teams at the younger age groups. The skill level can be similar to white level teams, or below that level depending on the talent level at the specific age group.
