Pricing is $400 for U10 and Under, $550 for U11/U12, and $600 for U13 and older.

Teams are welcomed from all across the north eastern US and Canada. All teams are guaranteed 3 games.

The top two teams will get awards. First place will receive Championship Tee-Shirts and Second Place will receive pins.  

Friday evening will have games for local teams only.  Local teams are defined as those that will normally play at Clarence, this may include teams from Rochester if possible.

Player Gifts: (For U10 & below only) every player will receive a player gift/participation award which will be a free ticket for each player to play either soccer darts or radar gun challenge for prizes!

Schedule and Results: Results of games will be posted online, generally within 60 minutes of completion.

Team Check-in: Will be held online.  On the tournament weekend, volunteers will be at the Clarence Soccer Center at 10000 Clarence Center Road, Clarence Center, NY.  

Please check in Friday July 17th from 4pm to 8pm, or 1 hour before your first game.  All games are no more than a 5-10 minute drive from Tournament Headquarters. Online submission of forms is available, but in-person check in is still required.  A coaches gift will be presented at registration.

This is the age matrix posted by the New York State West Youth Soccer Association for the 2025/2026 season.  NYSWYSA is the association that approves the tournament in Clarence.

The tourney will be played on the following field sizes:

U8 - 40x65, 6.5x18 goals

U9 - 40x65, 6.5x18 goals

U10 - 45x65, 6.5x18 goals

U11 - 55x80, 7x21 goals

U12 - 55x80, 7x21 goals 

U13-60x100, 65x120, or 70x120, 8x24 goals

U14/18 - 65x120 or 70x120, 8x24 goals

Schedule rules/guidelines are as follows:

1. Friday games are for local teams only.  Local teams are those that would play league games in Clarence during the season, this may include Rochester teams ( case-by case) but we are as flexible as possible.

2. I'm trying to avoid 8:00am games for non-local teams (Rochester and teams from further away from Clarence)-- Unless, those teams want them.

3. I'm trying to avoid conflicts for coaches that have more than one team.  Please let me know if you are coaching multiple teams

4. If you are going to Darien Lake during the tournament, please let me know and we can accomdate a schedule that fits for your team.
