Registration for 2020 Season Now Open
Please note that this registration assumes that the current COVID-19 restrictions on group activities will be lifted by the time our season begins in July.  In the event that this these restrictions prohibit the season from happening, families will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee (excluding service fee).
 
Given the current situation, we have decided to waive late fees for all divisions through June 15th.

Your registration fee includes an allocation towards the continued improvement of the Soccer Center facilities and fields!

Donations are graciously accepted for capital improvements and the scholarship fund.

  • The regular applicable registration fee is applied to the first two oldest children in a family.  After the first two, the fee is reduced by 50%, including any late fees if applicable. Late fees follow the above schedule.
  • First time players MUST provide a copy of their Birth Certificate.
  • We do not honor requests:
    • to play down a division, for any reason.
    • to play with friends
    • for carpooling reasons
  • Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team.
  • Refunds will only be granted for injury or relocation out of town PRIOR TO JULY 4th.
  • All teams are computer generated in July.  Any late registrant will also be computer drafted onto a team.
  • Registration includes jersey/shorts/socks for divisions 1,2,3,4,5.  Division 6 includes jersey and black socks. Division 9 includes either uniform shirts or sweatshirt. Little Critters includes a jersey.

All families are required to pay the volunteer deposit at the time of registration, unless you volunteer to Coach/Assistant Coach during the registration process. 

Other volunteer opportunities will be given throughout the season after which you will receive a refund on your volunteer deposit.

 

MANDATORY VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT POLICY (VOTED ON BY CSC BOARD for 2010)

  1. A deposit in the amount of $50 per family is REQUIRED for EVERY family. There is no opt-out option.
  2. Sign up to volunteer online.  Go to http://www.clarencesoccer.org,  click on the Volunteer tab, then follow the link.  It is your responsibility to find a date/time that works for you.
  3. When you fulfill your volunteer obligation, you will receive your $50 deposit refunded back.

100% participation in this policy is a CSC Board directive Regardless of your standing in the Clarence Soccer Club.

NOTE TO DIVISION 6 PLAYERS

Division 6 (15-18 year olds) plays an earlier season than the other divisions.  The Division 6 season will be July 11 - August 29, playing each Saturday.  This is a fun summer league for our High School players that won't interfere with school!
