House League Referees

Referee Program

Our House League soccer program is a great opportunity for our kids (12 years and older) to learn how to become soccer referees and make some money while doing so.  We offer our own in-house House League Referee Training class to get them ceritified as a CSC House League Referee.

2018 Season

We are now accepting new applicants to become House League Referees based on the following criteria:

  • Applicants must attend our House League Referee Training and pass the qualification test to certify as a CSC House League Referee. Please bring a pen/pencil to class, as well as a completed referee application and form W4.
  • Potential referees must be at least 12-years-old (as of 7/1/2018) and must be experienced soccer players (house and/or travel) with a strong knowledge of the game.

All new applicants to become a referee must fill out the application form below.  Please read the Referee Procedures document attached below for detailed instructions.

Returning House League Referees need to follow as the same procedures as new applicants.

The 2018 House League Referee Certification will be held on Saturday 21 July 2018 @ 8:00am-10:00am in the CSC Clubhouse.  This course is mandatory for all new and returning House League Referees.

If you are a WNYSRA certified referee, you are not required to attend this course.  We just need your application and W-4, along with a copy of your certification.

For those House League Referees who fulfill a whole season refereeing for us, we will try to provide an opportunity next year for them to go on and receive WNYSRA refereeing certification.

If there are questions, please contact our Referee Manager
