Your registration fee includes an allocation towards the continued improvement of the Soccer Center facilities and fields!

Donations are graciously accepted for capital improvements and the scholarship fund.

  • The regular applicable registration fee is applied to the first two oldest children in a family.  After the first two, the fee is reduced by 50%, including any late fees if applicable. Late fees follow the above schedule.
  • First time players MUST provide a copy of their Birth Certificate.
  • We do not honor requests:
    • to play down a division, for any reason.
    • to play with friends (for any reason - carpooling, doesn't know anyone else, etc) - players will be paired together if a parent from each family volunteers to coach and they agree to coach together. (no exceptions)
  • Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team.
  • If you volunteer to coach, your child will automatically be placed on your team.
  • Refunds will only be granted for injury or relocation out of town PRIOR TO JULY 4th.
  • All teams are computer generated in July.  Any late registrant will also be computer drafted onto a team.
  • Registration includes jersey/shorts/socks for divisions 1,2,3,4,5.  Division 6 includes jersey and black socks. Little Critters (limited to 150 players) includes a jersey. Division 9 includes either uniform shirts or a sweatshirt in initial year, these will be replaced/upgraded every few years.
  • No residency requirement!

All families are required to pay the volunteer deposit at the time of registration.

Coaches will receive their deposit back upon completion of Youth Protection Training.  

Other volunteer opportunities will be given throughout the season after which you will receive a refund on your volunteer deposit.

 

MANDATORY VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT POLICY (VOTED ON BY CSC BOARD for 2010)

  1. A deposit in the amount of $75 per family is REQUIRED for EVERY family. There is no opt-out option. 
  2. Sign up to volunteer online.  Go to http://www.clarencesoccer.org,  click on the Volunteer tab, then follow the link.  It is your responsibility to find a date/time that works for you.
  3. When you fulfill your volunteer obligation, you will receive your $75 deposit refunded back. Failure to appear for your obligation may result in forfeiture of deposit.

100% participation in this policy is a CSC Board directive Regardless of your standing in the Clarence Soccer Club.

NOTE TO PLAYERS OF DIVISIONS 1 AND 6

Divisions 1 and 6 play an earlier season than the other divisions.  The season will be July 22 - August 30.  This is to prevent their season from interfering with school! 

Division 1 and Division 6 will be playing one game during the week (Monday thru Thursday) and one on Saturdays
